Bubble tea is not bad. Definitely not up there with other bubble tea places in Richmond or downtown Vancouver, but it is still tasty. Pearls are a little too chewy, but the tea was quite good. Service was also very nice and prices were SUPER reasonable. Especially for bubble tea. Cups are not super instagram-able but that's a minor detail.

I love this store, when I was a teen I'd stop by twice a week or so. The bubble tea is good (my dairy allergy prevents me from be venturing any farther than the slush variety, though)
Honestly, they have an amazing yakisoba dish and the fries are made fresh to order.
To the other reviewer, there are other rooms in the back where the kitchen is.
Keep it up! Love this place. -

Yeah, this slaps. 4$ for bubble tea is honestly a steal, the place smells kinda wack though

This is currently the only dedicated bubble tea place in Abbotsford and it does a decent job of providing quality bubble tea. It's located right next to the Dollar store in downtown Abby. Average service but it could rub some people the wrong way.
I enjoyed the strong tea taste in my drinks and was able to ask for less sweet. The pearls were soft and chewy as I prefer for an additional 50 cents. A few of the basic drinks come with pearls. Drinks ranged from $3-4 which is competively priced.

Can't believe this is the only bubble tea place in Abby and they're not even good. They do make ok bubble tea but being from Vancouver/Richmond I've had much better. This place apparently has food but where's their kitchen? Weird! And in the store they sell nick-nacks that you would find at the Asian nigh market. Overall if you are desperate for bubble tea this is your only option.
